Samantha Baughman requests a rezoning of approximately 2.16 acres (Parcel Code 225-18-009A) from the SR (Suburban Ranch) to the CR-1 (Single Residence) zone located at the southwest corner of N. La Oesta Avenue and W. Carolyn Drive, addressed as 8145 N. La Oesta Avenue. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Low Intensity Urban 1.2. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Membrila and Tronsdal were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIALCONDITIONS.
