Title: Countywide Classification and Compensation Study Staff recommends approval of the following recommendations: 1. The new job classifications and place employees in the appropriate new classifications; 2. Approve the new salary structures and place employees into the corresponding salary grades; and, 3. Provide $9.5 million to bring current employees who fall below their respective new salary grade to the minimum of that salary range. Changes to go into effect no sooner than September 10, 2023.
