Thornydale Road and W. Cortaro Farms Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Neighborhood Activity Center. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Cook, Membrila and Peabody were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
