HARDY ROAD REZONING Request of Hardy-Thornydale 1 Associates, et al., represented by Projects International, Inc., for a rezoning of approximately 30 acres from the SR (Suburban Ranch) zone to the CR-5 (Multiple Residence) zone, on property located on the south side of W. Hardy Road, approximately 1,300 feet east of N. Thornydale Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Medium Intensity Urban. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Cook, Membrila and Peabody were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
