The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima Prospers - 2015 Pima County Comprehensive Plan (Co7-13-10), which designates the property for Medium Intensity Urban (MIU). On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Cook and Neeley were absent) to recommend APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
