The applicant proposes access to three proposed lots through the office complex parking area. The subject site is approximately 2.76 acres zoned CR-1 and is located approximately 430 feet south of Ina Road and approximately 1,200 feet west of La Ca?ada Drive. Staff recommends APPROVAL of waiver of rezoning Condition No. 7 and addition of rezoning Condition No. 12. (District 1)
