Amendment of Award: Supplier Contract No. SC2400001257, Amendment No. 7, Aarrowhead Security, Inc., d.b.a. Vet-Sec Protection Agency, to provide for uniformed security services. This amendment extends the term of the contract commencing on 9/1/26 and terminating on 2/28/27 and adds a one-time increase in the amount of $1,750,000.00 for a cumulative not-to-exceed contract amount of $23,350,000.00. This extension and one-time increase is necessary to ensure County has continued uniformed security for Pima County locations while a new contract is established, and to allow time for a transition of services.
