The applicant proposes direct and exclusive access for Lot 2 to Comstock Road as originally planned within the referenced subdivision. The subject property is approximately one acre zoned CI-2 (General Industrial) and is located on the west side of Comstock Road, approximately 180 feet north of Los Reales Road.
