Amendment of Award: Supplier Contract No. SC2400002372, Amendment No. 2, Merks Enterprises, L.L.C., to provide for electrical parts and supplies. This amendment provides a one-time increase of $150,000.00, bringing the cumulative not-to-exceed contract amount to $400,000.00. The additional funds are necessary for the installation and upgrade of plate emergency lighting systems at the Wastewater treatment facility to ensure compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. Additionally, this amendment seeks retroactive approval for the $118,000.00 increase to the annual award amount that was made under Amendment No. 1 without prior Board authorization.
