On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-1 (Commissioner Membrila voted NAY, Commissioners Maese and Gungle were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
