P22RZ00009, LOPEZ FAMILY TR, ET AL. - E. COLOSSAL CAVE ROAD REZONING
Lopez Family TR, et al., represented by The Planning Center, requests a rezoning of approximately 1.59 acres (Parcel Code 305-13-054D) from the RH (Rural Homestead) to the CB-2 (General Business) zone located southwest of the Union Pacific Railroad and Colossal Cave Road, addressed as 13185 E. Colossal Cave Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan, which designates the property for Neighborhood Activity Center. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Becker and Maese were absent) to recommend APPROVAL. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
