Pursuant to Pima County Code Section 11.20.010(J), Santa Rita Landscaping, Inc., appeals the decision of the Procurement Director regarding Solicitation No. 128529 - Landscape Maintenance.

Most Qualified: Award of Contract, Requisition No. 14-187, Arcadia Landscape, Inc. (Headquarters: Tucson, AZ) for landscape maintenance, to the highest ranked/most qualified respondent, in the annual amount of $295,721.81. The award of contract is for a one year term and includes four annual one year renewal periods. The Procurement Director is authorized to execute term extensions and funding increases provided they do not exceed the annual funding amount of $295,721.81 contemplated and authorized by this award.
