B. On September 3, 2013, the Board of Supervisors took the following action:
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT BOARD
(Clerk's Note: The Board of Supervisors approved this contract on August 19, 2013. Execution of the contract was also required by the Flood Control District Board.)
Contract Ratification
Community Healthcare Benefit Foundation of Pima County, Amendment No. 1, to provide for the Julian Wash Projects and amend contractual language, no cost (CTN-PW-13-365)
It was moved by Supervisor Elías, seconded by Supervisor Bronson and unanimously carried by a 5-0 vote, to approve the contract ratification.
