Delegation of Authority Resolution
RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 66, of the Board of Supervisors, to execute intergovernmental agreement with Regional Transportation Authority and delegating signature authority to the County Administrator as Chief Executive Officer to execute any project charters arising thereunder.
Motion by Chair Allen, seconded by Supervisor Heinz, approved 5-0.
