RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 25, of the Board of Supervisors, opposing  
the proposed rate increase by Tucson Electric Power (TEP). (District

Motion by Chair Allen, seconded by Supervisor Cano, approved as amended  
2-1, Supervisor Christy voted nay and Supervisors Heinz and Scott absent.
