Hearing - Tax Levy Resolution  
RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 43, of the Board of Supervisors, for the levy of  
taxes for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.  
Motion by Chair Allen, seconded by Supervisor Scott. Upon roll call, closed the  
public hearing and approved 3-1, Supervisor Christy voted nay and Supervisor  
Heinz absent.  
Hearing - Tax Collection Resolution  
RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 44, of the Board of Supervisors, authorizing  
the delivery of tax statements and the collection of the 2026 taxes.  
Motion by Supervisor Cano, seconded by Supervisor Scott. Upon roll call,  
closed the public hearing and approved 4-0, Supervisor Heinz absent.
