against the federal government.  
Motion by Chair Allen, seconded by Supervisor Heinz, that Pima County join a  
lawsuit along with other jurisdictions and organizations against the federal  
government related to potential rule changes to the Affordable Care Act,  
impacts to public health and taxpayer money, approved 4-0, Supervisor Christy  
absent.
