Foothills Lot 2, L.L.C., represented by Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc., requests a Comprehensive Plan Amendment of approximately 1.42 acres from Low Intensity Urban 1.2 (LIU-1.2) to Neighborhood Activity Center (NAC), located approximately 800 feet north of the intersection of N. Campbell Avenue and E. River Road (Parcel Nos. 108-18-034D and 108-18-034B), addressed as 4520 N. Calle Ceniza, in Sections 19 and 20, T13S, R14E, in the Catalina Foothills Planning Area. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-3 (Commissioners Cook, Membrila and Truitt voted NAY; Commissioner Becker was absent) to recommend APPROVAL TO NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY CENTER. Staff recommends MODIFIED APPROVAL TO COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER. (District 1)
