On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Bain, Cook and Maese were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO A REVISED SKETCH PLAN AND MODIFIED STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
