The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Medium Intensity Urban (MIU). On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Bain, Cook and Maese were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
