The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan Low Intensity Urban 0.3 designation. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 (Commissioners Bain, Cook, Mangold and Matter were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
