EagleView, to provide for aerial photography services. This amendment extends the term of the contract commencing on 4/6/27 and terminating on 6/30/33. This extension is needed to continue to provide biennial aerial photography flights and capitalize on savings from a project plan rate provided by the supplier that includes four flights scheduled to occur in 2026, 2028, 2030, and 2032. The extension to 2033 is needed due to payments for each scheduled flight being made in two equal installments of 50% annually. No additional funds are required at this time.
