Upon renewal on 8/13/26, the annual award amount of $4,000,000.00 will be increased by $1,500,000.00, for a total annual award of $5,500,000.00, resulting in a cumulative not-to-exceed contract amount of $13,700,000.00. These increases are necessary to support growing service demand, increased contract utilization, and costs associated with service reassignments under Amendments 1 and 2.
